When one lists with a full service agent, the average commission is 5%.
This listing agent rarely sells the property. In most cases a Buyer’s agent sells and gets half of the commission or the home owner sells and still has to pay the full commission.
So why would a person pay full commission when they can get basically the same service and same exposure on MLS and pay half the commission or even just 1% commission? With my service you can still sell yourself by conducting your own open houses which I post on your listing. In this case you would pay just 1% commission.
